# SuperSplat > SuperSplat turns a raw 3D Gaussian splat capture into a shareable scene: clean it in the browser-based SuperSplat Editor, publish it to superspl.at, curate the viewing experience in Studio, and embed it anywhere with the open-source SuperSplat Viewer. Use this index to edit, publish, present or embed splats. To render splats in your own app, see Gaussian Splatting in the [Engine](https://developer.playcanvas.com/user-manual/engine/llms.txt) index; to convert or process splat files from a script, see [SplatTransform](https://developer.playcanvas.com/user-manual/splat-transform/llms.txt). ## Rules - **Pick the part of SuperSplat for the task**: - The [SuperSplat Editor](https://superspl.at/editor) cleans up, crops, colors, animates and exports splats in the browser. - [superspl.at](https://superspl.at) hosts published splats, each on a public scene page, and lists yours on the Manage page. - Studio curates a published splat: its starting camera, annotations, post effects, skybox and walkable collision. - The SuperSplat Viewer shows scenes on superspl.at, and can be embedded in your own site or self-hosted. - [Convert](https://superspl.at/convert) runs SplatTransform in the browser. - The SuperSplat API publishes splats from capture tools and pipelines. - **Publish from code with the SuperSplat API**, authenticated with a PlayCanvas access token (`Authorization: Bearer `). Its endpoints are in the [OpenAPI specification](https://playcanvas.com/api/supersplat/openapi.json). - **Embed the Viewer** from the `@playcanvas/supersplat-viewer` npm package, or export a self-contained HTML viewer from the Editor to host yourself. - **Published splats are compressed to SOG**, and large scenes stream as Streamed SOG within a runtime Gaussian budget. - **Studio settings are Experience Settings v2 JSON**, the contract between Studio, which writes it, and the Viewer, which reads it. ## Getting started -
